Questions about buying

How do I pay?: By card. Payments are processed by our payment provider, Stripe; KeyWho does not see or store your full card details.
Are taxes included?: Any taxes that apply, such as VAT, are shown before you pay.
Can I cancel a subscription?: Yes, at any time. The subscription stays active until the end of the period you have paid for. You can still read, export and erase your existing cases afterwards. See the Refund & Cancellation Policy.
What if the outcome is “Rejected” or “Review Required”?: Those are results of the verification, not failures of the service: the report explains what was found and why. A verification that could not be completed because of a fault on our side is covered by the Refund & Cancellation Policy.
